The celebration ran under the theme: “Breaking Barriers, Creating Opportunities for the Girl-Child“.
The celebration started with the commissioning of the new Classroom black which was commissioned by the minister of state for higher education, Hon. Dr John Chrysostom Muyingo, who represented the First Lady, Hon. Janet Museveni.

The celebration after started with a thanksgiving mass presided over by the Vicar General of the Metropolitan Archdiocese of Kampala, the Rt. Rev, Msgr. Charles Kasibante assisted by the school’s chaplain Rev. Fr. John Chrysostom Kiwanuka.
